No matter your experience, skill level or background, playing airsoft can be the perfect way to get in shape, make new friends and have an exhilarating time! If you are interested in joining a multicultural team of passionate airsofters, then you are in the right place.

Tier One is always happy to welcome new recruits and begin their trial period. This trial period lasts for three official games and is designed to allow the time to see whether airsoft and Tier One is right for the recruit - and if the recruit is right for the team.

Our trial period may sound quite strict, however, airsoft takes commitment and can be an expensive hobby, so this ensures you are ready to dive into the exciting world of airsoft with Tier One!

Playing a new sport or coming from a country with different rules can be a daunting task, so to help with some of the many questions our recruits have, we have answered a few of them below.


Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.


We are always open to new recruits of any background. Please follow the “How to Join” steps to start the process.


No, but it helps as the two predominant languages spoken by the team are English and Japanese. However as an international team we have members from many different countries with many different language levels. As a team we make an effort to communicate as best as we can with all members.


We play at many different indoor and outdoor fields in Aichi, Gifu, Mie and Tokyo, but it all depends on which unit the members are playing with. Please see our “Airsoft Field Reviews” page for where we have played.


As a recruit, no you don’t. However once you have become a full member you will need to wear the team uniform. Please see “Our Uniform” page for more information.


Depending on the game site some are close to public transport hubs, or they have a shuttle service from a close station. If this is not the case then a member of the team might be able to drive you up. Fuel money is always appreciated.


The price for each game site varies but it usually between 2,500-3,500 yen with out any gun rentals. When it comes to weapons and kit, it is as expensive or as cheap as you want to make it. The team members have acquired a large amount of experience and will be able to help you with any questions you may have.
